1 /5 olga hernandez: Judging by the rest of the reviews I’m not sure if I’ve just had bad luck, but I’ve been working with Shane for over a month now on getting a quote for my new business — and I still don’t have one. From emails like “the underwriter said she’ll have an answer by today” to a week later “I’ll follow up with her today again,”. He would not get back to me for days and I constantly had to be the one who followed up with him. From the beginning, I made it clear that time was critical, as this quote was the only thing holding up my license application. Shane was pleasant to speak with, and I genuinely liked him during our conversations. However, based on my experience, I can’t leave a positive review at this time, as the overall process has been frustrating and disappointing. He wasted over a month of my time while another agent was able to get this done within a couple of days.
