    Greg Hamilton: Good Day Weve had a favorable business relationship with OQuinn for a number of years. Recently we received our homeowners renewal notification. Yes, the particular coverage providers rates increased. To be expected and was really no surprise. However, a call to OQuinn was worth an inquiry to check pricing. Could we re price our insurance and/or perhaps get better coverages ? Eugene Neal answered the telephone and an inquiry began. After getting through all required facts he expressed optimism that OQuinn could potentially get us a better rate as they work with 20 or so quality insurance providers. A couple of days later after several follow up calls Gene obtained same coverages as last year but with a different A rated provider for slightly $1,000 + savings from the previous year. Gene helped us with this exercise and successfully got us a better deal saving us a substantial sum. Were grateful for Gene, OQuinn and their entire team. Absolutely superb customer service calling into their office through their professional follow up. Excellent. We highly recommend Gene and OQuinn.
