    Frank: Staff is very unprofessional. Shows no type of concern or respect and actually laughs when client is explaining certain details of the case. Never had an in person meeting with Charlotte Grose, I dont know if its because my husband is still incarcerated or what, but theres definitely a lack of concern and bias. The conversation he had today (which wasnt even with Charlotte but 2 other people in firm) put him under the impression that they work for the state instead of working for him. They were very condescending and disrespectful. They show no interest in setting an appointment to speak with me and I have emailed them multiple times regarding case information.
