1 /5 Jeremy Borum: Terrible customer service. We reached out based on a family member’s recommendation. We requested a policy for my late mother in laws house so we could cover while we worked out the estate. Weeks would go by before we heard anything. When we finally were provided a quote, we loved it and wanted to go with it with the exception of a minor change. The person I was working with again ghosted us for weeks. I called his phone, the office phone, text, and emailed. No response. I understand they could be busy but if you’re too busy let the customer know so we can move on. We ended up trying Blue Ocean Insurance and we suggest you do as well instead of south beach insurance
