Steven Burroughs: I purchased a rocking chair cushion online for $27 plus shipping of $8.95. We received the cushion and it was very uncomfortable, so we returned it today. I received a refund of $27 and was informed that the shipping is "generally not returned". I chose not to challenge the statement, "generally not returned". I lost 33% of the purchase price when this was not refunded. One of the online managers ask me to call customer service and my $8.95 was refunded. Thank you for doing that as my faith has been restored in JC Penneys!

Sandra Lundie: Had diamond rings repaired here. Within two years claws were broken and diamond fell out of a one carat diamond ring which was re tipped at same time. Luckily my son spotted diamond in the sink. I would not recommend this jewellers as have had to pay again to have diamond reset and claws checked on other ring which was repaired. No guarantee and costly. I do not have confidence in repairs carried out here.

Mishelley Pec: I like visiting this place cause they have lots of gifts and key rings and key chains and accessories and bags and purses. This place is organized and keeps stuff stacked and is placed very pretty and nicely. The only exceptions are that workers here sometimes are not that great of help. And it takes long at the cashier.
