Tammy contacted them personally to make sure it didnt continue to happen after I was getting nowhere with them on the phone. She was my champion fighting for me that day against the big guy!

And finally, our turn she didnt feel like to search on the computer instead she kept on telling me that my daughter insurance will be very high and not giving me a quote and which insurance was it that is high. And she kept on comparing her daughters insurance and my daughters insurance. She kept on saying that her daughter is 25 years old and her insurance cost over $500 per month. Well She suppose to work for me not to talk about her story. Which is dumb she needs to make a sell to make money first. She should help us. She is putting us down that we couldnt afford insurance for my 18 years old daughter. She works for the insurance co. and still paid so high for her 25 years old daughter. You can tell that her experience is not good enough. How can she help you to find a good deal. So why go to her.

I never received a call back with any quote prices. I called them because I was referred however I see that they clearly dont value referrals or customer service.

Steve Simpson: I am a two-time client of East and Greenwell. Used them for house, auto, umbrella, and golf cart insurance…..then switched once when I got a “cheaper” quote and switched providers. Big mistake! My cheapness ended up with a company who was not supportive, had terrible customer service, and within a few months experienced the bait and switch to higher premiums. I returned my business to E and G and have never looked back! Great Service, great competitive pricing, and fantastic follow-up. Try them….you won’t regret it!

Eugene G: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Broker! I had a very unpleasant experience with Cariana Luzardo from the Cape Coral Geico insurance office. She initially sent me several quotes, and I responded to the one I wanted, asking her to proceed with binding the policy. She collected my credit card information, but when I received the confirmation email, the policy limits were lower than what I requested, and the price was over $200 more than quoted. When I called her to fix the issue, she became argumentative, insisted it was my fault, and then rudely hung up on me. I dont understand how difficult it is to simply take the quote I approved and turn it into a policy—let alone why the price changed so drastically. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I strongly recommend finding another broker to work with—this one is both incompetent and dishonest.
