Eugene G: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Broker! I had a very unpleasant experience with Cariana Luzardo from the Cape Coral Geico insurance office. She initially sent me several quotes, and I responded to the one I wanted, asking her to proceed with binding the policy. She collected my credit card information, but when I received the confirmation email, the policy limits were lower than what I requested, and the price was over $200 more than quoted. When I called her to fix the issue, she became argumentative, insisted it was my fault, and then rudely hung up on me. I dont understand how difficult it is to simply take the quote I approved and turn it into a policy—let alone why the price changed so drastically. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I strongly recommend finding another broker to work with—this one is both incompetent and dishonest.

Immediately scheduled inspection and sent results same day. The sales reps would not return calls or respond to emails. When I finally got in touch I was told sorry, your quote is now much higher. I am keeping my original insurance and now I am out hundreds of dollars in inspection fees!
