Mark Rosenthal: Worst experience ever, with any business, for any service. First, I was sold two separate homeowners insurance policies when I only needed one. Lauren, the owner, insisted I needed both. So for years I paid for both until I found out, in fact, I only needed the hazard and not the wind policy. Next, trying to get Lauren on the phone is impossible. She always lies about being out of the office and you end up with the gatekeeper, Judy. Judy has literally screamed at me when I called to inquire about my policy being cancelled. The reason my policy was cancelled by Citizens is because they didnt include all of the photos from my inspection. The photos were sufficient and done by a professional inspection company, it was Lilliott Insurance Agency who failed to attach them in an email to Citizens. Thank God I have not needed my homeowners insurance because it would be a bigger disaster having these incompetents to call on. You do not want these moody females handling your biggest investments. I have only written out some of the bad experiences Ive had with Lauren Lilliott Insurance Agency. It has been a complete nightmare! Please save yourself from the stress of dealing with these incompetents.

Karen Wang: Do not use them. Being as a client with them for 10 years and their service has dropped dramatically. Since three year ago I had trouble connecting to their agents. It sometimes took them 7 days to get back to me for a quote, which was very unfortunate. I had requested a quote from them since December of 2024, but now its May 2025 and I still have not received my quote uet. I being constantly calling them (10 times now) and nobody had got back to me. I am very pissed about the way how they handle us as a customer, and my time is very valuable. One frustrating thing is that I have to stay with them because they helped me with my first quote, which I think is ridiculous. There are so many brightway insurance companies all over Florida and this Kennedy family is so irresponsible and the worst. Try not to use them and use a different brightway insurance agency if possible to avoid future problems.
