We are looking to find my perfect engagement ring and had the pleasure of meeting and getting helped by Geraldine. She was very attentive and showed us all of the wonderful shapes, sizes and carats of the diamonds. She took her time and even showed us the diamonds with a magnifying glass which was really nice. We did not purchase anything on Saturday as it is a big and forever choice, but we will most definitely be going back to have a second look as we are considering this as a top option. Really appreciate the wonderful and caring service, thank you!

Not only was she really nice but she personally showed me the diamond Carat with a magnifying glass and the experience was the best with her. She was very smart and informative. I walked out of Swarovski with gifts for my girlfriend and my family! I 100% recommend coming here.
