5 /5 Tom Leonard: Coach Jen was great! I had an hour lesson, in their comfortable stationary pool. Jen gave me a lot of good tips to improve my swim stroke. All of my swim was videoed from 4 directions, and I was emailed the video to re-watch as much as I want, so I can see what I need to work on for myself. Well worth it! I have been swimming for over 30 years with masters swimming (now with SWAG!) and there is always room for improvement! I always appreciate my coaches and other swimmers advice, but the video session lets you see everything for yourself.

Classes are definitely worth the price - individual lessons that meet kids exactly where they are. Lots of handy tips for practicing in between lessons as well!

He carefully constructed the ideal stroke for me and I have come away with a solid model which I can work on. Gave me confidence to try masters with my local club. Would highly recommend!

If you don’t get it with the first explanation, she will explain it differently until you understand the proper form and breathing techniques. I highly recommend private sessions with Shannon first to get your bearings to then transition into classes. Also, everything is very sanitary and clean! 10/10 recommend!

Steve Chambers: I joined back in April 2025. Excellent variety of gym equipment. Plenty of free weights, rowing machines, treadmills and power weight room for deadlifts. Tanning rooms and a yoga room are available. The management is knowledgeable and kind. The majority of the members there that I’ve had interaction with are pleasant. It has every piece of equipment I require and more than I need. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a gym home. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient and available. Plenty of room. Parking is not a problem.

C M: My favorite all-hours gym! Love the equipment options and the tiny kilo weights that my other gym doesn’t offer because they help me meet incremental goals on upper days! They recently opened a new indoor space; this gym is huge! Usually before 8 you can get a good smoothie, something else the other area gyms don’t offer! Add the only racquetball courts in the area to the list and it’s really hard to beat! Well worth the membership cost!
