I received a call in just two days saying that it was ready for pick up. I very pleased with the outcome and put the necklace back on in the store. Wonderful people, wonderful pieces of jewelry, excellent repair work and cant beat the price.

I have two tennis bracelets that were broke and in need of repair one of the bracelets I tried to get it repaired 3 times at another jewelry store in town with no luck it broke again and again in the same spot. This was an outstanding job they did in fixing my bracelets they both feel and look just like the day I bought them with the flex they should have. I wish I would have known about this place sooner I’m a hard person to please and they went above and beyond my expectations I highly recommend them

I wanted a jewler that could fix it in house and nit mail it away. I took it to them and left my set. I got a call and picked it up two days later. Im so very thankful that they could fix it. No, it wasnt, but whatever .. why didnt they just take the loose piece out? Now its not working again (the hands are stuck). It wasnt an expensive watch, but really? A waste of time and money.
