1 /5 teyonna jackson: If i could give zero stars i would . Ive been a customer for years . I went in to get my chain fixed Once and they charged me 12dollars . The chain was not fixed well and it looked burned and the color changed . Then it popped the next day i went back two days later and They Charged me 7dollars To Fix My Chain. Then I Went Back Today and The man said he would charge me 10dollars ,so i was like last time they charged me 7dollars then He said he has been Charging the same price for years . I said okay and looked to my friend who was holding my purse and in my inside voice and said. That he triping and that i need to find a jewery store thats better and not just giving This Was At The store on 22 and Hillsboro 33607

1 /5 Lamar Petty: Customer service will be the downfall of this business. . Whoever runs their Instagram account will and has already cost them thousands of dollars. I spent 370 on a ring that I love.. but the guy told someone on Instagram 1 price, then jacked up the price on me. I confronted him about it and all he did was tell me to take my money elsewhere so i did. Spent 1120 on a 10mm Cuban link hollow chain and 820 on a matching pendant for my bday. He cost his peoole 1900$, because of his unprofessional attitude. Smh. Nice stuff and ok price ... but horrible customer service. Btw Instagram is bugatti_bay_22 for anybody who needs proof of my allegations.

1 /5 Angela: So this was my first time here. The selection is very picked through, and they didn’t really have anything that caught my eye. They post a lot of NICE stuff on Instagram, but they have someone off-sight running it, so they looked lost when I mentioned it. That was odd to me. They need better jewelry, they overcharge and customer service wasn’t that great. The armed security guard was nicer then the employees!

I arrived at this location at 545pm (an hour drive) GOOGLE CLEARLY STATES 6pm and the location stated on the phone!
