Their inventory is extremely competitively priced as well as their offers on a watch we brought it. They offered the best pricing out of the four spots we went to. The staff is very professional and friendly. I had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Paul, who was such a nice guy! We came in to sell the watch and left with a few new designer items (hehe). I’ll be coming back soon, so hope to see you guys too!

I appreciate the speed of service and hospitality. Most other jewelers will charge a small fee to remove links. They also had some nice Breitling watches on display. Will be doing business with them in the future. Thank you!

Marlo Martin: I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).

Larry Neely: Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

813 Jcuts (Your homeboy): I bought a 1500 dollar Cuban link the chain color turned horrible looks copper I went in to discuss my concern n they trying sake me a new one smh. Literary put another chain next to it the guy quickly didn’t know what to say won’t exchange unless I pay 600 dollars more. They think they going rip me off again. Instead of taking care of their costumers. I have bought for my kids n my self there multiple times n now this how they treating their costumers. Mind you I have took this chain before to clean and still same isue I even replace the clasp and is not even same color because the chain looks so bad. I don’t recommend people don’t waste your money here. Horible experience and my loss of 1500 dollars. Look at clasp color compare to chain pictures may not do justice but u can see even the ring next is same as clasp but chain is coper color
