Steven: This gym is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been going here for a few years and prefer it over the gyms in the surrounding area. The staff consist of very kind individuals. Particularly those who work on the weekends. The atmosphere is great and calmer than during the weekdays. The manager, Jasmine, is a kind woman and is clearly a hardworking person. The janitorial staff is also incredibly hardworking and will talk to us members even while cleaning. This is a wonderful place.

Staff is very polite and nice, but 1 of the 2 stair master has been broken for 6 months. 2 of the 3 ellipticals are also in need of repair. Needs more attention to details with repairs, painting, and cleanliness. No money is being put back into the gym.

Nyah P: Training with SoFit was such a great experience. Each trainer is very professional but warm and friendly. They coach you in variety, giving unique exercises that challenge your specific needs and help meet your goals. They are very flexible with your schedule because I tend to travel and work a lot. They have a great system to assist with meal planning and preset workouts. I found working with Sheneider very encouraging and non-judgmental, he sent out motivational texts and I knew that he was always on hand to offer advice. He helped me feel more confident in my form when working out and walking in the gym. Over the past couple months I’ve improved socially as well as physically, SoFit is definitely a family and I highly recommend building a strong fitness journey with them.

Nadine: I’ve been going to this LA Fitness since 2015, and honestly, not much has changed in 10 years. Most of the machines are the same and many of them are falling apart. The bench press isn’t even screwed in correctly, which is extremely unsafe. The carpet has multiple holes, and several machines are broken. The only thing keeping me coming back are the workers — they’re always friendly and helpful. This could truly be a great gym, but it needs serious upgrades. New carpets, new machines, and some overall maintenance would make a world of difference. I really hope they invest in fixing up this location soon, because it definitely needs it.

The employees are friendly and helpful, the gym is always clean, new equipment, lots of equipment, good music 95% of the time (or you can bring your own with headphones), and its the only gym that I have ever actually enjoyed going to. Cover d parking is nice (you do have to make sure you use the app for two free hours of parking) and they have vending machines with things we enjoy including high protein bars.
