    Heather Packert: The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!

    Craig Gammon: Stopped in while on vacation to shop for my wife’s birthday. Phuong was great. He does amazing work. It is rare that you find a jeweler who is both willing AND able to make you a piece from scratch. He also offered to modify several pieces if we wanted. He showed us works in progress as well as finished designs. He is the kind of man who will make a deal on your word. You are not going to find run of the mill mass produced pieces. The things he has, however, are beautiful and very likely one of a kind. Great store, wonderful service and we will be stopping in again when we are back that way.

    ViggyCat: After finding Stout Jewelry and Pawn through a Google search, and reading the previous reviews, it prompted my husband and to visit, since we were looking for a wedding band for myself. It was certainly worth the trip! I found a beautiful band that was perfect, plus was given a very fair price on the ring that I had. The store was easy to find, right next to Golds Gym, and had plenty of parking. Inside was clean, bright and jewelry attractively displayed, as the first thing youre drawn to. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. With brothers, Craig and Big John and Dad, theyre like Pinellas Parks Pawn Stars! I would certainly visit again! :-)
