5 /5 Jessica Robinson: In late Feb 2025 my mom was involved in a MVA, a hit and run case; luckily the hit and runner was caught a few days later. However we thought it was going to be a complete loss and that person would not have been found, but thank God he was. My mom was very lucky she survived this horrible accident. She told me she wanted to speak to a lawyer to seek advice and help with her situation. Her car was totaled and she did suffer minor injuries on top of PTSD and other mental health issues.
She saw the ad for Bruner law on tv and decided to go there. When I called to make the appointment for our first consultation, the receptionist, Jennifer was very nice and had a great attitude. On our first consultation we were greeted with positive attitude and smiling faces.
When we met Mr Bruner, he also greeted us with a positive attitude, very respectful and polite. He was very informative and explained the process in terms we understood. He also listened to my mom, who has a slight language barrier. He did not rush us and gave us his undivided attention.
Also, during this process I was in contact with Samantha Jones, who is the legal assistant. She was very informative as well and made sure to keep in contact, answering our phone calls and emails promptly.
We are finally able to put this part behind us and our case was resolved in a timely fashion.
Thank you to all at the Bruner Law firm for helping us through this challenging time.
