We brought him a ring with a loose center stone and within a few minutes Thomas had it fixed up and cleaner than the day we got it! It’s very comforting to know that we have someone local we can trust with these projects. Thank you!

1 /5 Fabricia Resende: Had two rings that needed diamonds replaced, was given one price but after the work was done the owner decided to charge $50 more than the agreed price, super unprofessional, never got one call to ask if the price increase would be ok. Wont recommend this shop at all.

Lo: BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED Benny, the owner, is a con artist not to be trusted. Husband came into the store for the first time with a pic of a gold chain design he wanted to buy. Benny said he could find exact chain. Catalog picture looked different but he said hell order and if he doesnt like it when it comes in, he wont need to buy it. Didnt even discuss pricing. Needless to say, he asked for refundable deposit but said not too worry. Benny told him the chain would be in the store a few days later. Came twice, after these dates, still no chain.. kept getting told to come a later date. 3rd time, chain finally came in looking nothing like original picture. Didnt refund the deposit. $500 deposit stolen, no chain. BUYER BEWARE.

Anne Njogu: Service would be great if there was working internet when in the store. I have no cellular service as soon as I walk in the store. JCPenney provides a wireless network that mostly always shows “No Internet Connection”. Maybe this is a way for JCPenney to deter customers from price checking with competitors? I’m sure other customers would agree that internet service in the store would be beneficial.

Scoti “Scubi Doo”: Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store. This is going to be my go-to jewelry store, plus they have a gold bracelet that I like and Ill probably purchase at some point in time in the near future.
