I had some issues with receiving compensation from insurance companies on a reliable schedule—one month it was the second Friday, then the first Friday the next month. Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service!
