From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. A special touch was seeing my daughter’s name on the screen, which made the experience even more personal. Mercedes did our permanent jewelry, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!

1 /5 A. Hans: My daughter and her best friend got “permanent” anklets at Voltage Bar in June. Within a week, both had fallen off. We were lucky to find them the first time, and my daughter had hers reattached on Monday, August 4th, 2025. By today—just four days later—it fell off again while she was running errands. For something marketed as permanent and sold at a premium price, the quality is unacceptable. She’s only been able to enjoy it for about two weeks in total, and I am beyond disappointed

My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.
