    Melanie Sharp: The best CrossFit gym and coaches anywhere. I was a member of this gym for over 4 years and recently moved to Gainesville. Nothing compares to the knowledge of the coaching staff. The faculty is large and well outfitted with the best equipment and WODs are strategically created for overall performance and can be scaled to any level. Shout out to Coach Andrew Longboy for his vast knowledge of gymnastics, strength training, skill training and dynamic leadership.

    Mike S: Been a member here for about 5 years now and I have always had a great experience with the staff and the trainers. The facility is always clean and they definitely do their best to keep machines up to date. My daughter and I have also had training for over a year and have both had great results and contuine to improve!

    Michael Stafford: I really like this gym, I have been weight training most of like and this gym has some of the best people working here everybody are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and clean, the maintenance man Jack is always keeping things clean, including the bathrooms there is always toilet paper and paper towels for hand cleaning, and the alcohol cleaning wipes are always for for customers to wipe and clean there sweat off the equipment when done.     Eddie Tapanes: Almost a year ago, I joined F45 Lakeland Highlands because I had started a desk job and realized I needed to move more, but honestly, I didnt know where to start or how to work out. Walking into F45 was the best decision I could have made for myself. From day one, the coaches made me feel comfortable and confident, breaking down exercises and giving me the support I needed. The Workouts are challenging but fun, and every day feels fresh and exciting. What I love most is the community; its not just a gym, its truly a family that celebrates your wins and motivates you to keep going. In the past year, Ive gained strength, confidence, and consistency. F45 gave me the structure and guidance I needed, but also the encouragement to believe in myself. I went from not knowing how to work out to looking forward to every session. If youre on the fence about joining, try a class. This place will change the way you think about fitness and about yourself.

    R Lin: I love my little 540A Anytime Fitness! It’s a small and outdated gym so don’t come here expecting all the fancy machines and endless rows of dumbbells and cardio equipment. It’s one of the smallest gyms I’ve ever been apart of but it more than gets the job done. Plus, it’s open 24 hours so you can go literally ANYTIME as long as you have your key fob, and you have access to all Anytime Fitness gyms in other cities/ states/ countries once you have the membership. I have been to a couple other AF gyms while traveling and it’s been so nice to have that option. This gym is also definitely set up different. There are a few trainers there during the week but you will never be greeted upon walking in like at a lot of gyms. The trainers are friendly enough but they’ll hardly even say hi to you unless you come up to them or you’re a regular for their personal training classes. It’s definitely a little odd. As for the actual people who go here, I’ve found a pretty great gym community even in this small gym. At least, the evening goers are really cool, that’s when I usually head there. One thing I really wish AF had was a sauna. They just have a couple private bathrooms with showers so you could at least shower if you needed to, but having a sauna would really elevate the options for this place. Oh well. All in all, if you can get over it’s not the prettiest or cleanest gym, you can get as much out of it as anywhere. I really enjoy coming here and am a very steady regular.
