I was surprised how quick the process was. A group of 6 and we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. We all left with a cute new piece. Definitely recommend to make this a stop on your next girls outing or day date.

Al does the jewelry repairs and any other requests that you may need and is a miracle worker with jewelry!! He is the absolute best!! Andy, Stacy and the entire staff are incredible, I truly cannot say enough! I have since moved to Tennessee and had to have a repair done on my wedding ring and took it to a jewelry in Tennessee and they cracked my ring! Distraught... I called Al frantically and he said I can fix it, so my husband and I came from Tennessee to have Al fix my ring ... OMG, Al went above and beyond putting me first to fix my ring and it came out beautiful.. words cannot say how happy I am! Thank you truly and truly Al for helping me! Andy and Stacy, thank you truly for all of your help with the repair, you all are such wonderful people who take care of their customers and it shows! I just cannot say enough thank yous for what you did for me. If I have any other repairs I will be coming back to Florida to have them fixed. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.
