Id never been to a HIIT gym before, but I knew I needed to try something new—and I’m SO glad I found t:e. The workouts are just 30 minutes, but they’re super intense and effective. Every day is different, and everything is already planned out, so I never have to stress about coming up with a workout or worry if I’m doing enough. I just show up, follow the workout Bobbie and Chris have put together, and get it done.
It’s honestly the most consistent I’ve been with working out in a long time—and the workouts are actually fun, which makes all the difference. If you’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or just need a new challenge, I highly recommend giving timed:exercise a try.
