They looked into my other knit picky issues while they were at it and took care of a recall I wasn’t even aware of. I have a return appointment next week for some items they had to order, and my alternate transportation has already been arranged. Brittany at the service desk was an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing her again.
