I had a lot of traffic issues going on that caused me to keep a certain type of insurance that was mandated by the courts. Freedom insurance was one of 2 companies in the entire city that could assist me. David guided me through that process and got me insured. A few things that I appreciate about David is that he responds very quickly, he is extremely thorough and straightforward. Hes always going to give you the correct information without the fluff. You will always know where you stand with him. Hes been such a great help. From helping me with my legal issues in my 20s to now insuring my family, he is appreciated.

Jacob Mankis I had them cancel my policy on me twice for administrative purposes. The first time it happened I thought "Thats probably on me" and signed back up, I dont even know what there error was because I had gone through everything they had me sign, including documents that were sent after I had already established a policy. The second time, I got a notification that my address was wrong, my policy was being canceled, and I needed to sign for a new policy. This is the worst insurance agency I have ever had the displeasure of using. I urge you to please look at other alternatives, I only lost a couple hundred dollars for my mistake, but I would hate to see what this company would do if I ever did get in an accident. Stay away!

He only had my best interest at heart. I’ve honestly never had a more helpful and caring insurance agent ever. I will forever be using him and his company. I can’t stress enough how great of an experience it was working with him. It didn’t feel like I was on the phone with a friend. I really enjoyed the overall experience and the fact he was a local to my area made the experience more real connecting with him as a person and not just someone trying to sell me something. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly.

Mariell Woodard This is a TERRIBLE place to receive any type of insurance through. I wouldn’t even refer this company to a dog let alone a roach in a filthy corner. For one most of everyone who works in this place is RUDE. You call to speak to your broker and the receptionists take WEEKS for the broker to get back in touch; but will make sure to send out a cancellation notice of your policy. They do not take accountability for when they fall short on their end and try to blame you without acknowledging their short comings. My insurance has been cancelled on MULTIPLE occasions due to the lack of this company correcting information in order for payments to take place. Whenever I tried to call to get things corrected I would get a nasty individual on the line who makes it seem like I am unable to afford anything less then $20 a month and I need to keep money in my account. To be clear I make over 85k a year so making a payment of $15 a month is no problem; chump change to be quite lucid. The problem is this company and the high horses they sit on. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your time and common peace of mind.

Meaghan Morgan While being repaired at a repair shop, my car was vandalized at the repair shop. The shop’s insurance is Travelers. The entire process of working with Travelers was horrific. Every employee I spoke with was rude and condescending. I was the victim of a crime and they were completely careless and unsympathetic. They weren’t helpful. Follow up emails went ignored. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not pay for the extension on my rental vehicle as previously agreed upon without me making numerous phone calls and sending numerous emails. When they called to report that my vehicle was deemed irreparable they were extremely rude and short with me when I asked questions. Communication was extremely delayed. I would never recommend Travelers to anyone after this experience. Adam Sleezer from the Buffalo office had particularly poor customer service skills. After I wrote this review, I got an email from another customer service representative requesting additional paperwork about the car they deemed irreparable. They had already taken possession of the car, I had bought a new car with my payout money, and I had ensured Enterprise had been paid before I wrote this review.

Fried52 If you can qualify as an applicant you wont find a better company to be insured with. I could go on and on about my few experiences when I needed my auto insurance but Travelers always come through. From Customer Service to Claims to Billing Issues these guys have it down to a science. And most importantly their rate has consistently been the best rate or very competitive. At least enough to not bother to change when you consider the service you know youll get. Going on 10 years now as a policyholder.

Then put me on, hold for 10 minutes to get the answer. Even though she kept refusing to actually give me an answer. And then came back on the phone gave me the answer And hung up. Was with this company for 6 years, Its sad that I have to go find another company.
