5 /5 Mark A: We went to West Palm for the weekend to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, so I found this pilates studio and decided to book a class for me and her since she loves pilates. This class was intense, energetic, and an amazing way to kick off the morning. They even gave her some cute birthday grip socks. Great experience and definitely will be back.

David Plourde: This place is SICK. Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. I don’t need flashy bright purple equipment or some sauna and smoothie place at my gym. This has everything I need, and some. The owner is rad, and all the people that were there as well were super nice. I was there for a week and a half for work, and I needed somewhere to continue my workout plan. This was the place for me. Hands down one of the better places in the area. Next time I’m back in town for work I will absolutely be coming back.

After moving back from Argentina, finding a place that felt like home was important and Crazytrain delivered that and more. Theres something truly unique and special about this community. From the moment you walk in, youre welcomed with open arms by the incredible people who train here. Special shoutout to the amazing coaches, Janey and Billy. Their encouragement and belief in me even when I don’t believe in myself has made all the difference. Beyond their fantastic personalities, their professionalism, dedication, and deep knowledge of CrossFit, weightlifting, and mobility make every class a 10/10 experience. Crazytrain isn’t just a gym it’s my favorite place to be. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Coach Tania is an exceptional trainer — very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She personalizes each workout based on my specific needs and always makes sure my posture and form are correct so I get the best results. She’s patient, understanding, and truly pays attention to every detail. I’ve tried different gyms and programs in the past, but I was always disappointed because no one really focused on proper form — and sometimes I even got hurt. Since working with Tania, the pain in my knees has completely disappeared! I 100% recommend this place and Coach Tania to anyone looking for a safe, effective, and personalized fitness experience.

LA Fitness - Palm Beach Gardens

NICK MENNELL: I’ve gone to this LA Fitness location a few times now, and overall, its been a decent experience that meets most of my fitness needs. The gym has a good (typical LA Fitness) layout with plenty of space, and it rarely feels overcrowded even during peak hours. The staff is friendly and helpful - always willing to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. The locker rooms are generally clean, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming for both serious fitness enthusiasts and casual gym-goers. What keeps this location from earning more stars is the condition of some of the equipment. Several machines were out of order during my recent visits (with those "Sorry, Out of Order" signs that seem to have been there for weeks). Much of the cardio equipment appears outdated compared to other fitness centers in the area, and some weight machines show significant wear and tear. The Power Smoothie bar inside is a nice touch, and the group fitness classes offer good variety, though the schedule could be more accommodating for those who work traditional hours. If LA Fitness would invest in updating their equipment and ensuring faster maintenance of broken machines, this location could easily be a 4 or 5-star facility. Still, its a solid option for a standard gym experience in Palm Beach Gardens if you dont mind working around a few out-of-commission machines.
