1 /5 Andrew Condon: Open an account with a big bank instead. 10 days to deposit any check. Any time I need to use the banks services its always a big deal. Dont go over lunch; it takes 20 mins to deposit a check from the drive-through. Truist is easily the worst bank Ive ever done business with, for sure. Changing to a bigger bank, I would suggest most people do the same.

5 /5 Andrae H: The service here is one of the best I have ever had at a bank while opening an account. We were greeted with smiles and everyone assisted us to the best of their ability. I actually felt like I knew the teller and the bank manager prior to my visit. They made the process fast and simple and I had my account up and running in no time. The service here is very efficient as I have never seen the location at full capacity at any point. It was very comfortable , the environment was very relaxing, clean and efficient.

1 /5 David Hubbard: The TRUIST thing I can say is that the customer service at this branch is the worst of the worst. If you repetitively wont do something as simple as pick up the phone what do I have a right to expect when i need something more complex or difficult? There is too much competition for my money. I hope you go the way SEARS Roebuck & Company did for the same lack of customer service.

Sailor Moon: I wish I can score them a 0. Let me be very clear this isnt about the local branch is about the bank itself. I been banking with sccu for 16 yrs. I have a tenant who processes their rent payment as an electronic transfer. Instead of sccu depositing the money to my acct they withdraw my acct. How did this happened? No one knows . I called customer service. In order for me to authenticate my acct i must provide 6 pieces of information. But you allowed a withdrawal to be made from my acct without my aithorization. I was advised that the local branch manager would call me. It didnt happen. My money is back on my acct. But no one at sccu has explained how did this happen. I will open a better business bureau complaint and file also a complaint to the FDIC.

Jen Aguilar: Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.
