5 /5 Princess Mo: You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. 1 /5 Travis Wood: Horrible bank!!!!! Do not trust these people with your money! The atm has taken my money and turned off on me two times! The first time was almost 1800$ and I had to wait over 2 business weeks for them to give me my money back second time the machine just took 120$ and didn’t go into my account had to wait another 2 business weeks to get my 120$ back. so I learned my lesson on going to the atm so I go through the drive though and the lady shorts my deposit and then had an attitude with me when I walked back in there and told her she didn’t deposit the right amount! 3 times in the past 2 years has this bank robbed me for my money!! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK! Horrible experience!

5 /5 Matt M: Walked into this branch and was instantly greeted by Cindy. I dont have an account yet, but she was able to help me and answer all my questions. Very friendly and personable. This is the type of customer service that will keep me as a customer for life. I will now be opening an account with SunTrust, so I have something closer to work since the bank I have were I live is to far away. Thank you again Cindy for the great customer service and awesome personality.

I asked why and his only reply was a rude “are you going to sign on with us again or not?” I felt discarded and didn’t even bother to reply. They weren’t even using a tax attorney anymore so why the astronomical price increase? My file was on auto pilot (after a $30K+ first year fee) with very little work on their part! Peggy Gay: Waited on product for two months. One delivery day we were getting ready by tearing out cabinets to place new appliances. Deliver set for 7 to 11 AM so we were up and ready. Went out side at 10Am to move our vehicles because they still had not showed up (we thought). Note on the door said they had tried to deliver at 9:40 AM we called the check why they didn’t knock on door they said it was against their policy. We were in the front room next to the door, you tell me that is the worsted service I have ever seen. To top that off we told the lady we would go meet them and get our product and as you can guess that’s against their policy too!!! I would never recommend them for any kind of delivery!!
