1 /5 Abbi Pell: I am waiting over 20 minutes for a simple deposit. Two workers could have helped but told to wait for the one teller who keeps making small talk and messing up with the client that should’ve been helped at one of the desks- No wonder there are bad reviews. Terrible bank !

1 /5 Mike: I’ve been sitting here for 1 hr and nobody has even said hi. Branch leader sitting in office with door closed. The one person that is working has been helping the same person for over an hour. He has walked by me seven times and hasn’t even acknowledge that I’m here. 2.9 review rating shows that Truist even cares. 500k CD expiring and was looking to roll over into a new cd I will be transferring my money to a different bank with a little bit better customer service.

5 /5 Melissa Brown: I just think that doing an application shouldnt take 6 hours which Maggie personally told me that I will be there all day with her. I also think my personal information should have been shredded and not carried outside in front of my face. That made me feel very uncomfortable. I didnt mind being on the waiting list overall I was just like to have an apartment the reviews are good and I would like a chance to be a tenant.

Having Tyrone as the assistant manager should be a big plus as he is aware of the needs of the community. I would love to see the tables and chairs put back out as well as the cushions on the lounges. I would hope that the new management would confer with the residents as to ways to enhance the property.
