1 /5 Travis Licht: Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

1 /5 Debbie HTH: After the switch from Suntrust to Truist in February 2022, Ive been disappointed with the changes in multiple ways. Ive moved on to another financial institute and am having great success! I still have some monies at Truist (only until Ive been with my new financial institute a bit longer). My online experience with my new institution is a more user friendly program!

1 /5 Bill Barscz: *My review is not for this branch but for Truist online banking. Do NOT transfer your money to Truist if you ever want to move it again! They messed up my verification of an external account so bad that I couldnt even delete the account! They sent an email saying it failed, but it did NOT. It went through! Its screwed up so bad that now I cant transfer my money out of a zero interest checking account until they get around to fixing it. Believe the low ratings!

1 /5 Elizabeth Parker: Worst bank ever. Sun trust was great…my bank t d is amazing. We had to freeze my dad’s account because he had fraud and all of his accounts are frozen. He’s in the hospital cannot get out. Meanwhile they make it mandatory to have an in bank visit to reopen your account. I went there and gave all my power of attorney information meanwhile they forgot the last page I was supposed to sign and I live five hours away from my father and now I’ve got to drive five hours one way and five hours back to come back and get this rectified to see if possibly that will open up his account. His rent is due. Everything is due worst bank ever

Rachel Diaz: If I could give a zero here believe me I would. I haven’t had my account for even 1 month. Apparently fraud was committed. You’d think they’d send you a text, and email or call you to let you know. Nope! We go to deposit money and nothing is mentioned about the account being locked for fraud. Now we have to wait over a week for someone to investigate so that we can access the only funds we have. They don’t give a damn if you have things to pay. It’s just the well there’s nothing we can do line. Truist banking? The only thing these people are - are THE TRUIST LIARS!

Samantha Reeves: This company has a very rude and not so caring lady working there. My nieces, nephew, my dogs and me were walking and needed to stop for a break to cool down under a tree and get a little water from the outside spicket. The lady immediately came out screaming at me to get off the property that I was trespassing. I tried to explain that we had just stopped for break, but the lady just kept screaming at me to get off the property and slammed the door behind her. Now this is after we done walked 20 minutes and our water bottles had ran dry. We just needed a few minutes and a little water to get us back to walking home. I dont understand why people a so rude and dont care for others. No wonder this world is the way it is. There was no reason for the lady to be so nasty, we were not destroying or defacing the property in anyway. Just needed shade and a little water. I am so mad and upset that someone can do or say nasty things to kids and/or animals in this heat.
