1 /5 Daniel Potts: Why be a bank if you arent doing currency exchanges. I aint a member but I was someone who came in needed some help exchanging some currency and got turned away explicitly because I wasnt a memeber. Obviously this place still has a lot of growing to do. Shame, if they helped me in anyway I would have jumped at the opportunity to join cause I am done with Florida credit union.

5 /5 Diane Marie Perrine: Im giving the Truist teller "Kim" a 5+ for her service on Monday a.m. 4/21/25. My employer told me since I havent used checks for years to just go through Drive-thru & pick up Direct Deposit Authorization Form. I wasnt aware how involved the process could be having never used this before. Kim quickly completed the process, didnt tell me I shouldnt use Drive-thru for this (I would never again) and was 100% professional and kind. Thank you, Kim!!

3 /5 Donald Thompson Sr.: Since Sun Trust was absorbed into Truist, I had nothing but trouble with my debit card and credit cards compromised, so many I have lost count. The people that work at Truist are very nice people and are very helpful to assist you. They seem to be under staff. My advice is choose another bank. I would move to another bank or credit union but it would be too much trouble for me at this time.

You’d think they’d send you a text, and email or call you to let you know. Nope! We go to deposit money and nothing is mentioned about the account being locked for fraud. Now we have to wait over a week for someone to investigate so that we can access the only funds we have. They don’t give a damn if you have things to pay. It’s just the well there’s nothing we can do line. Truist banking? The only thing these people are - are THE TRUIST LIARS!

Samantha Reeves: This company has a very rude and not so caring lady working there. My nieces, nephew, my dogs and me were walking and needed to stop for a break to cool down under a tree and get a little water from the outside spicket. The lady immediately came out screaming at me to get off the property that I was trespassing. I tried to explain that we had just stopped for break, but the lady just kept screaming at me to get off the property and slammed the door behind her. Now this is after we done walked 20 minutes and our water bottles had ran dry. We just needed a few minutes and a little water to get us back to walking home. I dont understand why people a so rude and dont care for others. No wonder this world is the way it is. There was no reason for the lady to be so nasty, we were not destroying or defacing the property in anyway. Just needed shade and a little water. I am so mad and upset that someone can do or say nasty things to kids and/or animals in this heat.
