Every branch manage, every Teller, and even the temporary floaters filling in have assisted me to correct Identity Theft with multiple thefts from my bank accounts. I have needed constant help for the past two years after being made homeless die to identity theft and fraud in Daytona Beach followed by homelessness due to medical bills. I thank God every day for the excellent customer service specially after all my personal info including app my credit card, debit card, passport, & even birth certificate were stolen at the bus stop by the bank two years ago- Without the excellent customer service at the Lake Mary branch, I might have needed to depend on others to rescue me from indescribable hardship.
The staff at Trustco have given me encouragement to keep trying and nene give up working to restore my fix name, credit, and ability to support myself without becoming a burden to my family or friends! This is the first time in my life that I am able to make my own decisions how I use my hard earned money since my husband passed away in 2019!
