    john longchamps: If you want to roll the dice and allow incompetence to cause your drivers license to get suspended, then transfer your insurance here. Not only do you have to suffer a tag seizure order, when you alert them of the issue, they tell you that you have to wait because you are NOT the only customer. -$150.00 dollars and a lost day at work later, no offer to make it right, but quick to tell you they had email addresses that changed, but ironically they didnt bounce back... Stay away, is my personal recommendation. We changed to another Allstate agent - Charles Peterson, added another vehicle and will sing his office praises... Will post the photo of the renewal fee later and our complaint to Allstate Corporate, for support!

Tammy I believe her name is and when you attempt to try and get her on the phone..GOOD LUCK! Only excuses of why she is not available at this "other location". BEWARE! Oh yea??? And now apparently SOMEONE is available to answer this review as "the owner" but I just called & was told that my agent had to go to the hospital & that they could only take a message. Again, no one will help you when you have questions after signing their paperwork AND paying them!!!!!!

I know all of the agents on a first name basis and everyone of them take each customer as if theyre family. They search high and low for the best price and when they feel its not good enough they have backup plans and ideas to get premium to where I want it. Once you work with them you will never leave. Im very, very happy I found them.
