It hasnt even been six months, and my husbands necklace just fell off his neck—no pulling, no damage on our part, despite what the jeweler claimed. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be giving them any more of my business. They tell you any issues return we will take care of you, dont believe it they dont

1 /5 Mary José Rodriguez Quero: I bought a “14k gold” chain in this store a year ago. And unfortunately it was not gold as the invoice says, to my surprise it is a copper chain covered in gold. As the months passed and the use of a real gold earring, the chain lost its lamination and darkened as you can see in the photo. I went to the Jewelry Store because it is supposed to have a lifetime warranty because it was supposed to be GOLD, and they didnt give me any solution. They told me if I bathed with the chain or if I went to the beach?! Maybe thats why it got damaged! Hey, dont make people out to be ignorant, I have more gold items and I know clearly that they dont lose their color from going to the beach or from my sweat. Please be more responsible when you offer something to the client. Dont say its pure gold and be honest, say its laminated gold!
