She wasn’t told why or how to improve. Was very cold and dismissive in an email. The main reason I’m writing this bad review is because after that she has been completely harnessed by spam. Yesterday she had 127 missed call all from spam. It happened right after applying. Applying for a loan can be a vulnerable time for a person. To be treated they way were and then to be harassed ever since then has truly been a nightmare
