I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Thank you guys for all the help and making sure that I would be happy with my alternative. I will be making more future purchases with you!

1 /5 J G: Please beware, contacted the site multiple times and spoke with different sales reps about purchasing an item online and received different pricing from each sales rep as well as lies about the product availability. Also, was approved for AVA Financing from the site to then suddenly not being approved a few weeks later when trying to place an order. Staff makes you feel like youre wasting their time and not helpful at all. Would not use this site for your jewelry needs at all!

Angelo Santa Cruz: If I could leave no stars i would. They promote all their gold at low cost but it’s all bs hollow Chains. The solid chains are SOOOOO over priced!! They apparently don’t sell gold by weight but by piece! When I went to exchange a gift my wife purchased me they said I couldn’t and it was only 2 days!!! The old lady was unprofessional!! I called twice and the employees said I could get a refund. She claimed that I could exchange for some equal to the value of what was purchased!! Not to mention since I was a return she prioritized the people who were potential buyers who came in after me! No employee speak English.

I should’ve called that being said their webpage says they’re open on Tuesdays till 7 pm I paid for an Uber there had to wait for an Uber to come back never go there if that’s how they run their business. Don’t use them. I even called them. No answer. Don’t use them. Find another jeweler.
