1 /5 Nicholas: I chose this shop based on positive reviews, but my experience has been far from great.
Initially, I was told it would take a week to replace the crystal, install a new battery, and polish my Tag—no problem. However, I got a call the same day saying everything was already done… which seemed odd.
When I picked up the watch, it looked decent, but not amazing. Unfortunately, after just a brief shower, water leaked inside due to what appeared to be an improperly installed seal. I brought it back, and to their credit, they took it back with no hassle since it was visibly full of water.
After waiting almost a week later (Monday), I called and was told it would be done on Tuesday, only to get an email saying it was done later in the day on Monday…okay. But when I picked it up, things were much worse—there was rust on the hands, and the face looked like it had been melted by something.
For an expensive watch and an expensive repair, this level of service is unacceptable. Go somewhere else if you care about your watch.
