The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I was helped by Cody, who carried that same positive energy throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, and took the time to really listen. He explained everything clearly, and I was so impressed with the experience that I even ended up coming back and opening an account for my daughter. It’s rare to find people who genuinely make you feel valued, but Cody and the whole VyStar team truly delivered. Highly recommend!

Jason answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Jason also recommended a promotion the branch was offering at the moment. I was able to refinance my vehicle that day which was amazing! Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything perfectly! I recommend going to the Fleming Island Vystar Credit Union and asking for Jason Stovalls help anytime. This location is conveniently located close to my job, but Ive had accounts here for a long time because of their excellent customer service.

5 /5 Marcia Welleslesley: We were in the Vystar on Fleming Island yesterday and got exceptional help and guidance from Aspen. She was so patient and helpful with my husband who had multiple questions. Aspen deserves to be promoted in the bank. Usually it is challenging to get help but she was GREAT yesterday. We have to return today as we arrived too close after work at the end of the business day. Great job to this particular employee.
