Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that. Judi Lund I dont know where the bad reviews come from but have been doing g business here since Lake Butler location closed and they have been great from drive-thru to solving problem with a U.S. savings bond over 25 years old to recommending who I should deal with there to get a better return on my savings, to taking me outside to at. And showing me how "new" system works. I travel every summer and never have a problem with using my card wherever.
