Steve Simpson: I am a two-time client of East and Greenwell. Used them for house, auto, umbrella, and golf cart insurance…..then switched once when I got a “cheaper” quote and switched providers. Big mistake! My cheapness ended up with a company who was not supportive, had terrible customer service, and within a few months experienced the bait and switch to higher premiums. I returned my business to E and G and have never looked back! Great Service, great competitive pricing, and fantastic follow-up. Try them….you won’t regret it!

Eugene G: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Broker! I had a very unpleasant experience with Cariana Luzardo from the Cape Coral Geico insurance office. She initially sent me several quotes, and I responded to the one I wanted, asking her to proceed with binding the policy. She collected my credit card information, but when I received the confirmation email, the policy limits were lower than what I requested, and the price was over $200 more than quoted. When I called her to fix the issue, she became argumentative, insisted it was my fault, and then rudely hung up on me. I dont understand how difficult it is to simply take the quote I approved and turn it into a policy—let alone why the price changed so drastically. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I strongly recommend finding another broker to work with—this one is both incompetent and dishonest.

Anthony Greiner: Requested a quote on homeowners insurance, and was provided one. Immediately agreed to accept the quote but was told I needed new 4 point + wind mitigation inspection. Immediately scheduled inspection and sent results same day. The sales reps would not return calls or respond to emails. When I finally got in touch I was told sorry, your quote is now much higher. I am keeping my original insurance and now I am out hundreds of dollars in inspection fees!
