Siri took great care of us today and every time I had a question no matter who I talk to theyve been so respectful and kind I would give them 10/5 thank you so much for helping us in our shopping today I will surely come back

1 /5 Isla Chi: Very disappointed with Windsor. I bought a dress that turned out to be damaged, but I didn’t notice until I got home because was small hole in one side . It still had the tag and I had the receipt, and I went back within the same month past the 14 days but still lest than 30 days and they refused to exchange or return it. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better from a store that claims to value their customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

5 /5 Leslie B: Wow! There’s such a huge selection of prom dresses. The staff is lovely! Siri welcomed us at the door within moments of walking in and then promptly helped someone at the register. Emily greeted us at the dressing room with such kindness that I had to write a review!! She was very efficient helping people get into the dressing room while putting dresses away; very impressive. Thank you, Windsor, for having such wonderful employees.
