5 /5 Kristin Veltema: We are very happy with how well it went to have my 9 year old daughter’s ears pierced at this location! Amber did an amazing job calming my daughter’s nerves. She made the process simple, clean, and calm. I highly recommend going here and specifically Amber for your piercings! It’s been 6 days since she got her ears pierced and they are healing amazingly well and we have had no issues with swelling or infection (following Claire’s cleaning procedures). Thank you so much for a great experience!

5 /5 Tawney Kindler: This was a special day for us. Our 9 year daughter decided she would like to get her ears pierced. I personally want to thank Jada and Krissy. They saw my daughter was nervous and decided that piercing both at the same time was the best route to go. These lovely ladies took the time to connect to my daughter and make her comfortable.

3 /5 J Denunzio: Went there for a quick bite before my sons event. Ordered food. We had a cake and sang happy birthday to him, did not cut the cake there, we just wanted pictures. The staff even gave us a lighter for his candles. As we were putting the cake back a lady came and told us we could not cut the cake when she clearly saw we had it in a box. She was a little rude speaking over our meals. The food had no flavor and taste earthly. I will pass on going again on my next visit

1 /5 ScreenCat *: In my personal experience, avoid this place for helix or cartilage piercing, they use that gun, that tears instead of puncturing the hole try the cartilage. I got Maine done in December and we are almost in August, they never healed, I followed all their instructions, that by the way are all wrong, found out now that I know better.
