  • F45 Training West Palm Beach - West Palm Beach
Ingrid Conroy: As someone who is scared of joining new gyms because of lack of experience & doesn’t like to go to the gym often, I would say that F45 has made me enjoy HIT Workouts! I did the $25 for 7 classes trial & I’m glad I did! I’ve mainly done 45min Cardio classes (they feel like 20mins since you workout so hard & constrained) with Molly & she has done well to accommodate the workouts to me, I’m 5ft with short legs so certain workouts everyone else can do I can’t. She checks in on me and adjusts my form if need be in a positive & constructive way that makes me enjoy learning. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get some quick exercise in without spending hours at the gym and still feel it the next day!

lys lochard: Best gym ever. I have now been going there for years and the community is incredible. S2F offers excellent coaching, the workouts can seem challenging but they are all scalable so every session feels rewarding no matter your fitness level. It’s a great environment for anyone serious about improving their fitness. Coach Angel has helped me get stronger and reach so many goals. He pays close attention to safety and technique which I really appreciate. If you live here or in the area to visit I would highly recommend giving the gym a try, you won’t regret it.
Elite Private Health & Wellness Club - Riviera Beach
Steven Amiel: For a year and a half, my review was a 5-star. The space was more than adequate; my trainer, Von, was excellent. But things recently changed. The. AC broke for weeks... not even sure if its fixed yet. The grade was reduced for one reason, and the managers name is Joanne, the gyms manager. Mistakes happen. My book of sessions, which I had paid for at a heavily discounted rate, ran out. No one mentioned it to me, and my last session was not included in the deal. They just billed me $80 for a 30-minute session that I had been paying $25 for. Mistakes happen. I requested a call from Joanne for two weeks to resolve, and was ignored. I finally went there and confronted her about why she hadnt called me to resolve the issue. She took no ownership or responsibility for not returning a clients call, despite being fully aware of its purpose. She explained that it is the trainer who sets the rate. If true, why do they have published rates? Either way, if she were the least bit professional, she would have called, and I would have resolved it positively. I was willing to give Von $50 for the 30 minutes.... he was a peach for taking over my discounted sessions for another trainer who was fed up and left. So disappointed in a gym I have loved, so many people I am friends with and have sent there from my building. I spent $1,000s of dollars in training there. Alonzo is the owner, ex-BB player, and a great guy.... You, sir, are not represented well and have lost a great advocate of your gym. Find a manager who give a darn and you will see your business grow and grow.
The Factory Fitness Performance - West Palm Beach
Lindsey Holt: The Fitness Factory is where it’s at if you’re looking to get fit! Ian is an amazing trainer and boxing coach … he pushes you to the appropriate limits, identifies which muscles need focus, and ensures you continue to improve to whatever goal you’ve set for yourself. His boxing workouts are tremendous cardio and therapy all in one! Roxy’s HIT classes and studio must be home to all the fittest females in Palm Beach … everyone in her class is more fit and toned than any other studio I’ve been to in Palm Beach County.
Level 1 Fitness Training - West Palm Beach
Zayra Campos: I joined 6 months ago looking for a private gym. The facilities are great and well maintained. I never feel like it’s crowded or that I have to compete for equipment. The owner, Scott is such a nice guy who is also doing really exciting community building events through the Cold Collective. High recommend joining this local business!
Atlantic Fitness 24/7 Gym & Elite Personal Training - Lake Park
Liyah: A really nice gym and the owner is very kind/flexible when it came to seeing the gym as a have a crazy work schedule. I had a really good experience but eventually cancelled due to a negative interaction with another member who was audibly making fun of my workout and purposely ignored me when I offered him the weights I was using as he was rushing and his initial commentary was about needing to use the same weights I had. Looking back I wish I would have informed the owner but Im not big on confrontation. Outside of that experience, the owner has built a really nice gym community and still view it as a 5 star gym.
1 Fitness - West Palm Beach
Alane Ekonomou: 1 Fitness is hands down the best spot for personalized, one-on-one training. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this isn’t your average gym. The trainers are highly skilled and tailor every session to help clients achieve their specific goals. The space is private, clean, and designed to make every workout feel productive and focused. Brandon, the owner, is the driving force behind this incredible gym. His ambition and attention to detail are unmatched, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. The buzz around his next venture, Traphouse, is real—it’s shaping up to be a game-changer for the fitness community, with top-tier equipment and a fresh, trendy vibe. 1 Fitness sets the bar high for personal training, and the innovation coming from Brandon is raising the standard for gyms in the area. A must-visit for anyone serious about fitness!
Planet Fitness - West Palm Beach
    Planet Fitness
Jordan: This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a planet yet. It’s very tiny. The “stretching area” is packed with machines and has enough room for one person to stretch. Paper towels aren’t filled so I doubt anyone is actually cleaning the machines. There is barely anywhere you can have personal space. As a woman, I was extremely uncomfortable here. Tried my best to just focus on my workout. Worked up the courage to go to the free weight area which has an extreme amount of machines and people behind it, just for a grown man to come sit next to me, PRETEND he’s working out, and RECORD ME. I will never be going back to this gym.

    Crunch Fitness - Greenacres
Patrick Py: I’ve been a Crunch member for several years, but I only started coming to this location around April of this year. Since then, I’ve had more unprofessional encounters here than at any other Crunch gym. The last one was so ridiculous I had to leave this review. In the middle of my workout, an employee came up to me and said I was “needed at the front desk.” I asked, “Right now?” and he said “Yes.” So I stop my workout, walk to the front desk, and what was so urgent? Billing. My membership had expired and they needed updated payment info. Instead of handling it before or after my workout, they yanked me away mid workout like it was some kind of emergency. Imagine paying for a gym membership, showing up to focus on your workout, and being treated like an inconvenience because of a credit card update. That’s the level of “professionalism” this location thinks is acceptable. I’ve been with Crunch long enough to know the brand can be better than this but this location is an embarrassment. Corporate needs to step in, because until management changes, this place will keep driving members away.

gloria stitt: I’ve been going to OTF for years; love the workout but staff makes or breaks it. Starting with Bella and Kayla at the front desk; always smiling and kind - you are made to feel welcome. Coaches are so awesome and the people who come to class are great. The place has a great vibe.
