L P Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!

Christopher McVey Seen some really old negative reviews and honestly I cant say that was my experience. Every time I come here I am treated like a valuable customer and have always been welcomed. They go out of their way to try to make accommodations for you and will even go as far as modifying their own jewelry to make something that fits your style and budget. Everything i have purchased from here has always been a fair price. Nothing has ever been exceedingly expensive like the big box stores. Just make sure to ask questions and look over every piece youre interested in to make sure it fits your needs. In the end, just remember theyre a business and making money is the ultimate goal.

Mishelley Pec I like visiting this place cause they have lots of gifts and key rings and key chains and accessories and bags and purses. This place is organized and keeps stuff stacked and is placed very pretty and nicely. The only exceptions are that workers here sometimes are not that great of help. And it takes long at the cashier.
