5 /5 Monther Gharabat: I recently visited this store to purchase a ring after encountering issues with my Zales credit card during an online transaction. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Melonie and Sabrina, who welcomed me with genuine smiles and a professional demeanor.
They listened attentively as I explained the issue and immediately took initiative to resolve it. After confirming all necessary details, they attempted to process the transaction in-store, only to face the same issue I had online. Undeterred, they contacted the Zales credit card company on my behalf and spent nearly two hours trying to find a resolution.
Despite their persistence, the credit card provider was ultimately unable to assist. Even then, Melonie and Sabrina went above and beyond, offering to continue working on the issue and follow up with me directly once a solution was found.
Thanks to their dedication and outstanding customer service, I was able to complete my purchase—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will absolutely be returning to this store for all future purchases.
