1 /5 Shelby Link: Sent in info friday to Candy who left early. Didnt hear from her so I called the office Tuesday around 3 oclock and she left early again. I email her Wednesday and finally get a response saying she will let me know more once she has a quote and here we are Thursday at 5:30 with no response.... i should not have to call twice and send an email follow up. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Eddie consistently harassed me throughout my stay, showing up for inspections without notice and invading my privacy. Parking is a nightmare, and he would complain to me about it nearly every day. He also constantly wrote and called at all hours, making it impossible to relax. He even tried to evict me over a noise disturbance, but the eviction was overturned by the judge since the issue had already been fixed. Completely unprofessional—avoid renting from him at all costs.”

We purchased a car back in Nov 2021, and asked to have all coverage from one car to be put on the NEW CAR. Well today when I went to use said insurance (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) I didnt have it. It was one of the things I was emphatic about having. We have had it on all our cars before. They admitted they have seen it on the other cars. But sorry we didnt put it on this car. "Nothing we can do" said the person from GEICO. Thanks for NOTHING, GEICO!
