Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Nicole Dolz My husband needed his watch repaired as well as his gold Cuban link bracelet. Ari, the shop owner, fixed the problem quickly and with such care. You can tell Ari truly takes pride in his craft. Ari is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and to top it all off, I got to meet his sweet girl Ginger, the sweetest assistant who made the whole visit even more special. It’s rare to find service this personal and thoughtful these days. We highly recommend!

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.
