We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.
