Eric Ciupak When the clutch went out on my 2007 Nissan, most of the shops I called said it’s a very difficult job and quoted very high labor. Not Blairs Transmission. Ray, the owner, said it would be no problem and quoted me a very reasonable price. He also towed the car and fixed the brakes too for a very reasonable price. Ray does it all. The car drives like brand new again. I highly recommend Blairs Transmission!

Rocky Funderburk My girlfriends mothers vehicle was stolen and left abandoned right down the road from where we lived, as the vehicle was being towed we requested that they stop the tow process which was still currently being hooked up, and asked to pay them to drop the vehicle which they refused. I just found out they are required to stop towing upon request and release the vehicle with a discounted price of half of the normal price which they did not. They charged full price and made her wait a day. I think I will talk her into filing a law suite.

Everyone in the area recommended Days service, and I understand why. Mary was so nice and helpful. The driver was also very nice and went out of her way to help my mother. I trusted that they would get us back on the road like they said they would. It was always , " On my way" 4 hours later, we had to leave my truck and get a ride home. My oxygen machine was running out of battery power and being a diabetic I needed my medicine. It just wasnt in the cards for us to get any service from this company. Keep looking , pass this one by.

In that my Airstream is a 2008 it was a bit challenging to get the correct replacement parts but the results of the wait are worth it. His response time was prompt. Barbara Dirden We were traveling home on the Interstate but got a flat tire early in the morning around 2 AM. Our insurance company called a Towing service company and had them tow us to a facility that we waited 4 hours to tell us that their car service was closed on the weekends. But the facility recommended Express Oil Change, Tire Engineers, which was just two buildings down the road. We called them, and they were willing to fix the flat tire issue. We took a chance driving slowly on the flat tire to Express Oil Change, Tire Engineers. They immediately assisted us. They were very friendly, very helpful, very professional, and very courteous! We were finally able to get back on the road home. We would like to personally express our gratitude to Mr. Randall for the friendly courteous service with signing us in with the paperwork and for Mr. Nick, who promptly and professionally fixed our tire issue. I had several things done to my truck to include spark plugs, all fluids exchanged with the exception of the transmission and 4 new tires with new tire pressure sensors. Ashley was very thorough and thoughtful. She gave me a read back of what I wanted to do as well as a price breakdown. She also gave good information related to the tires I was considering. They keep telling me in beginning “there’s people ahead of you” and then it was it’ll be another week and when I call to check on it it’s something different every time that they’re “ finishing “ up, they have been paid already. mom is disabled and needs her truck back because wheelchair lift is in the back. They are not taking it seriously or even seem to be concerned about getting it done. Use to be a good shop but something really wrong with it now!!!!

Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping me. When I tried to explain the issues I was experiencing with my car, they barely paid attention and dismissed my concerns. It was clear that they were more interested in rushing through the process than actually providing quality service. To make matters worse, the repair work performed on my car was subpar at best. I had initially brought it in for a simple brake pad replacement, but when I picked it up, I noticed that the brakes were still making strange noises. It was evident that the technicians didnt properly diagnose or address the problem. I had to take my car to another reputable mechanic to get the job done correctly, which ended up costing me additional time and money. Additionally, the pricing at Crazy Carls was completely unreasonable. His resources for parts had everything in stock, work was done in a timely manner. He does honest work and honestly tells you what is going on with the vehicle.
