1 /5 Rachel Stephens: This shop must have gotten worse in the last year based on reviews. Do not take your car here. My car was in the shop for a simple front bumper and airbag replacement. It stayed in that shop for 5 months before they admitted they didn’t have the proper tools and had to send it to a different shop. The 5 months my car was there, every time I called for a checkup they had a different story on the status of my car. Some days it “was just the airbag they were waiting on”. Weeks later, they admitted they only had the bumper painted and still were waiting on headlight, grill, and airbag. They even ordered the wrong airbag and tried installing it before realizing their mistake. Now my car is at a different shop STILL waiting on the correct part that is on back order. They will lie about the status of your car, come up with every excuse under the sun, and never own up to their mistakes.
