Sarah Wow. What fabulous customer care. I just went in for an inspection to check my car before a long road trip and they were able to get me right in. Everyone was super friendly, easygoing, efficient, and made me feel like I was part of the family. They combed over my car and found a few small leaks but was honest and told me they were an easy fix and nothing to worry about. They keep the shop very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely come back.

mark maddox First time using superior Auto care on Cypress Lake for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only are the prices $30 less than 4 other shops I called but they throw in a free tire rotation and 40 point inspection which is texted with pictures. They are friendly and pay attention to the little stuff. What impressed me the most was they put my windshield solar shade back up when the parked the car outside after work was completed. Yes, its a small thing but during summers in SW Florida its a big thing for me. It also shows attention to detail. We will be back.

Pricing for both the front brakes and rotors were significantly less than other competitors. Ryan was great handling the front desk, customer service and his mechanics. Very personable and Transparent about the job that they are doing. He brought me to the back and showed me what was needed to be repaired, the condition of the old parts, and the new parts that will be installed. Overall, a great shop and will definitely be recommended those that need auto service.

Roxanne Morey I just took my car there for an issue with the gearshift/shifting gears in my automatic. My mechanic of 30 years is no longer in business so I was at a loss where to take my car. A friend referred me to Terry Wynter Auto and Im sooooo HAPPY she did. They did Fantastic work, in a very timely manner & reasonably priced. I had a few other things that needed to be fixed he found upon inspection, I told him Im a single mom and could only afford to do the Gearshift/Shifting issue at the time and there was NO pressure on getting the other issues done. I plan on getting to the other issues when finances permitted. It was nothing that was going to do major damage my car if I drove it. (alignment for example) They couldnt have been more customer service friendly, everyone I spoke with was Friendly & Knowledgeable. I have found my new mechanic and Im thrilled to have found them! I will def be going back if needed.........no offense, but I hope its in the distance future! However, I love knowing I have someone I can rely on when needed! :-)

Cindy Marsh I am super disappointed in this establishment. I read the reviews and thought I found an excellent auto repair place to fix my A/C. I was driving from Destin area to visit colleges with my daughter in the area and my A/C went out. Scott was very helpful in getting me in on short notice on a Sat. He fixed my A/C for $500 and had me on my way. I gave him a glowing review. Now 2 months later my A/C went out again and I find out he put in the wrong type of Freon. I had to go to a dealership and pay close to $900 to have it manually evacuated since there was a mix of Freon. I have it documented from 2 places that he put in the wrong type of Freon. Scott refuses to refund my money and denies he did anything wrong. I would not go to this shop. He appears very nice but will not stand by his service.

Sharon Taylor This is a good mechanic shop filled with good people. They helped me save roughly $1k that was quoted to me from the Toyota dealership. I won’t use anyone else from now on. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop with honest people but if you go here that’s what you’ll find, you won’t be disappointed!
